The racialists in charge of the Congressional Black Caucus are again at it. To keep them from using the race car is more difficult than cranking an old Russian car in Cuba. They cannot help themselves!

Sheila Jackson Lee, probably the less qualified legislator of recent memory, repeated again the reason why she thinks we are debating raising the debt ceiling: because Barak is “black.” The racist Republicans are making it difficult because they hate to see a black man in the White House:

“Why is he different? And in my community, that is the question that we raise. In the minority community that is question that is being raised. Why is this president being treated so disrespectfully? Why has the debt limit been raised 60 times? Why did the leader of the Senate continually talk about his job is to bring the president down to make sure he is unelected?”

During the same speech from the Floor of the House she repeated that no other president has been attacked as Barak: “I am particularly sensitive to the fact that only this president — only this one, only this one — has received the kind of attacks and disagreement and inability to work, only this one.”But let us not just pick on Lee, the entire Congressional Black Caucus is doing the same. It has been their task since its inception to use the race card.

What sensible people know, however, is that the reason why we are having the debate is because we have never had a situation like the one we have. Our debt has never been as large and we have never had an Administration spending out of control as now. After raising our debt by 40% in two years how can the racialist think the opposition should react if we offer to raise the debt ceiling without first controlling spending?

How can we trust this Administration about raising the bar only to meet already assumed debt? In fact, according to the Government Accountability Office, the bill now being worked out to increase the federal debt limit would offer the largest increase in history:  up to $2.4 trillion.

If it passes, Barak Obama would be responsible for the two largest debt ceiling increases in history. All done in back-to-back years, as the largest increase in the debt limit is now the $1.9 trillion signed by President Obama on Feb. 12, 2010 that increased the debt limit from $12.394 trillion to $14.294 trillion.

Prior to our present situation, debt ceiling increases were not as controversial because they were not as large, under similar economic conditions. But the racialist simply cannot help themselves.

Are you as tired as I am of the Congressional Black Caucus?
